Forever etched in ABCollege history -Athalia Briones Liong, Top 3, 2016 Philippine Bar

After producing at least 242 lawyers since 1953, Andres Bonifacio College has finally produced a top 3 bar passer in the person of Athalia Briones Liong.  An honor Biology graduate of Siliman University, she entered Andres Bonifacio College School of Law in 2012 while serving as employee of Bank of the Philippine Islands, Dipolog City Branch.  She worked her way up to become the Branch Manager until she resigned in 2014.

Balancing work, school and family responsibilities as a wife and as a mother of three kids, she undoubtedly took the challenge very well.  She was one of the consistent good students in her class and placed 4th in the 2014 ABCollege Pre-Bar Examination, an annual examination conducted on the four Sundays of February,  simulating the essence and atmosphere of the real bar.

Her hard work, persistence, diligence and perseverance complemented with support from family, friends and faith in God truly paved the way for her success.  The whole Andres Bonifacio College community is very proud of her achievement.  The same goes to the other fifteen (15)  ABCollege School of Law bar passers Poe F. Bagarinao, Raffy R. Bulado, Ryan M. Hernandez, Bon Basil A. Lambo, Athalia B. Liong, John Winston B. Napigquit, Aristotle A. Ong, Manuel Zosimo M. Ozoa, Iven B. Pacatang, Zyldjyh P. Portuguez, Carrie Nizva G. Refugio, HAifah M. Sapihi-Layam, Elro Mar L. Tabiliran, Rolando C. Tesoro, Jr, Irene Kaye B. Ualat and Edelle Beth E. Ybañez   that hurdled the “hardest professional examination in the Philippines.” Kudos! Soar higher, Andres Bonifacio College and Andres Bonifacio College School of Law.
